AssociateFull

Full membership is only available to named individuals and will lapse after a period of 3 years unless renewed. Associate membership is open to individuals, groups or organisations (including Parish/Town Councils)

Name of Member (required)

Full membership can only be held in the name of an individual. Associate membership can be held in the name of an individual or an organisation. For full details of membership please see the Membership Information page.

Name of Contact (required)

Associate Members only, if membership is not held in the name of an individual

Contact Email (required)

This will be the normal method of communication with members.

Contact Phone (required)

This information will be used to supply both Full and Associate members of the Cornwall Community Flood Forum CIO with information, news and events relevant to flooding and community resilience.
